Rome, the Great Hall of the Palazzo Nuovo, part of the Capitoline Museum, which has a display of Ancient Roman statues. The famous ‘Furietti Centaurs’ can be seen in this view, named after the person that found them at Hadrian’s Villa in Tivoli. The colossal statue of the baby figure that the couple is looking at I found very strange. It is of the infant Hercules, found in Rome on the Aventine Hill in the 16th century.
